Polo Ralph Lauren Dresses Up Profit Outlook

NEW YORK -- Clothing designer and retailer Polo Ralph Lauren Corp. reported today that fiscal first-quarter profit increased fourfold on strong sales compared with last year. The numbers beat Wall Street estimates, and the company has raised its outlook for the year.
